Mental Health Awareness

Movement is very important for our mental health. So many of us unfortunately struggle to move enough.

We know there are many different reasons for this. So this Mental Health Awareness Week we want to help you find moments for movement in your daily routines, why not go for a walk in your neighbourhood, put on your favourite music and dance around the living room, chair exercises when you’re watching television – it definitely all counts!
