INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS REGARDING CORONAVIRUS INFECTION
In the light of corona virus we are aiming to reduce footfall to the practice. We have removed all online booking of appointments. We would ask that if you are seeking help for a non-urgent problem or something you don’t need to see a doctor / nurse face to face for (eg any forms / sick notes/ general advice / contraception / blood test requests) you complete an eConsult request.
Please also download the NHS app which will allow you to request all prescriptions on line . In order that you do not have to come to the surgery to collect your prescriptions please ensure you have nominated a pharmacy for electronic prescriptions.
ANYONE WITH A NEW CONTINUOUS COUGH OR HIGH TEMPERATURE SHOULD SELF-ISOLATE FOR 7 DAYS
DO NOT GO TO A PHARMACY OR HOSPITAL OR COME INTO THE SURGERY
Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if:
- you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
- your condition gets worse
- your symptoms do not get better after 7 days
Only call 111 if you cannot get help online
